Return Policy
We want nothing but our customers to be 100% satisfied with their clothing item. We understand that shopping online means that you may have chosen an incorrect size and would therefore like a size exchange.
With that being said, we do allow returns and exchanges on full priced items within 7 working days of purchase. However, at this stage, no cash refunds will be done. We will happily allow you to choose a different item of the same value that is currently in stock if you are not happy with the one you have purchased.
All sale items are final. No sale items may be returned or exchanged.
All customized items are final. No customized items may be returned or exchanged.
If your J&S Clothing item has a faulty stitching, we will happily repair or replace it. However, we will not be liable for items that are damaged during shipping or negligence during after care.

Conditions for an exchange/return:
1. Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receiving the items.
2. It must be dropped off at our location in Cape Town or it can be couriered back. We however do not take any responsibility for any courier costs.
3. Items need to be in its original packaging and be unworn and unwashed.
Once the item is inspected and we are happy, the return/exchange process will begin.
